Hi Everyone! Let’s talk about the way you feel about your body.
We all have insecurities and parts of our body that we are not so happy with as others but we need to Love Our Bodies.
I am only too aware that it can very difficult these days with many fit and good looking people posting stunning photos on social media. Even magazines are filled with gorgeous people and it is very hard not to compare yourself with them.
We are all different, we are different shapes, sizes and ages and we need to stop comparing and learn to love ourselves more!
Stop Comparing Yourself to Others.
It is so easy to compare your self to someone you have seen on social media. They look stunning, they have a fantastic body and everything in their life seems perfect. We need to appreciate that this is just a picture and that picture does not tell the whole story. Above all else it does not tell you how much that photo has been enhanced and how many filters have been used. Don’t try to be someone else just work on bettering yourself.
Focus On The Way YOU Feel
Treat your body with care and look after it and you will see the benefits. Feel good on the inside with a focus on the foods you eat. Healthy eating will help you feel great and you will look fabulous on the outside too. Hydrate and drink lots of water. At the end of the day that is what it is all about – being healthy.
Focus on the positive. Only have room in your life for positivity and positive people. Sometimes we need to evaluate what we are doing in our lives and who with. Sometimes we need to change our life plan and move in another direction and sometimes with other people. If you have a friend who is always negative, and makes negative comments about you what you are working to achieve or your body you need to ask yourself “is it time to find and make new friends?” Or can you get them to change their mindset and join you? Life is short and you need to surround yourself with like minded people who radiate positivity and energy, and have the same healthy outlook as you.
Learning to make the most of your body and love your body is really important. It is not always easy but then that good old saying “if it was easy everyone would do it” is true. Your journey is part of life’s learning experience and life is not perfect. We all have times when we struggle and need to motivate ourselves more than others so do not think you are alone on these days.
The biggest favour you can do for yourself is to Learn To Love YOUR Body and appreciate everything that you have achieved so far and everything your body can do for YOU. There is nothing wrong with having goals that you want to achieve but be successful by working on your body and your health for YOU. LOVE YOU AND LOVE YOUR BODY IT DOES AMAZING THINGS.
